The KAINO – a new windsurf trick by Kai Lenny

With all the frantic freestyle tricks that are being spat out, its nice to get a fresh take on things with this wave freestyle move that has been claimed by the young windsurf super star Kai Lenny.

The Kaino is a sweet carving wave trick that involves a downwind 360 followed by an aerial 180 & rig flip, all done whilst continuing to ride the wave – nice!

Kai Lenny is hot windsurfing property and is appearing in all the latest windsurfing movies such as ‘The Windsurfing Movie 2’ alongside the big names in windsurfing. Maybe a future candidate for a biography on Poole Windsurfing’s ‘Windsurfing Legends’. Check out a very young Kai Lenny out here in this movie where he is windsurfing alongside the master, Robby Naish

Kai Lenny is an all round waterman that can doing everything well – windsurfing, surfing, tow-in surfing, kite surfing and paddle boarding. He has even riden Jaws, Maui on a massive day at only 17 years of age!

The future of windsurfing & an all round waterman in the making – Kai Lenny.
